PiXOO ("we," "our," or "us") operates the InvoFlow mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use our App.
Your Data Stays on Your Device
InvoFlow is designed with privacy in mind. All your business data — including your business profile, clients, invoices, and estimates — is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or have access to your data.
What We Don't Do
- We do not collect your personal information
- We do not collect your business data
- We do not require user accounts or logins
- We do not sell or share your data
- We do not track your location
Device Permissions
The App may request optional permissions to enhance functionality:
- Camera & Photos — To add your business logo
- Contacts — To quickly add clients from your address book
- Microphone — For voice input features
All permissions are optional. You can use the App without granting any of them.
iCloud Sync
If you enable iCloud sync, your data is backed up to your personal iCloud account. This data is protected by your Apple ID and we have no access to it.
In-App Purchases
Subscription purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information.
Analytics
We may collect anonymous usage data to improve the App. This does not include any personal or business information.
Data Deletion
Since your data is stored on your device, you can delete it anytime by:
- Deleting items within the App
- Uninstalling the App
- Clearing app data in iOS Settings
Children's Privacy
InvoFlow is a business tool not intended for children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above.
