FaceBloom (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy and respecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding collection, use, sharing, and retention of personal data when you use our FaceBloom mobile application (“the App”).

Information We Collect

• Photos/Face Data: When you use FaceBloom, you voluntarily upload photos to generate face swap results. We do not collect personal information like names, emails, phone numbers, or location data unless you contact us directly for support.
• Device Info & Usage Data: We collect basic technical information (device model, OS version, usage events) to improve app performance.

Face Data Processing and Retention

• Purpose: Uploaded face data is used exclusively to generate face swap images for you.
• Immediate Deletion: Your face data (uploaded photo) is processed instantly and deleted from our server as soon as your result image is generated. We do not retain, archive, or store user face data after processing.
• Result Images: Only the processed result image is saved to your device. No images or data remain on our servers.
• No Indefinite Storage: We never store face data indefinitely for any reason.

Use of Data

• FaceBloom does not use face data for advertising, marketing, analytics, user profiling, or AI model training.
• We do not share, sell, or transfer face data to any third parties.
• We do not use SDKs, analytics tools, ad networks, or external hosting vendors for any user data or images.

Data Security

• All uploads occur over encrypted connections (SSL/TLS).
• Only authorized systems process your images. We use standard security measures to safeguard user data during processing.

Data Deletion

• Uploaded face data is deleted instantly after your result image is processed.
• If you contact our support team, any personal information you provide (e.g. email for support) will be used only to respond to your request and deleted as soon as your issue is resolved.

User Rights

• You may request access to, or deletion of, your data at any time by contacting contact@pixooapps.com.
• We will promptly delete any information upon verified request.

Children’s Privacy

• FaceBloom does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it immediately.

Changes to This Policy

FaceBloom reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy. Any changes will be posted at http://pixooapps.com/faceswap , and your continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
