1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications ("Apps") developed and published by Pixoo LLC ("we", "us", or "our") on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
By downloading or using any of our Apps, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Photos or media you choose to upload or process within an App
- Any text or content you enter to use App features
Information collected automatically
- App open events, session duration, and feature usage
- Device type, operating system version, and language
- Crash reports and error logs
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android) — only when you grant permission
- Approximate location (country/region level, derived from IP address)
Purchase information
If you make an in-app purchase or subscribe to a premium plan, the transaction is processed by Apple or Google. We receive only a confirmation of your subscription status and a transaction ID — we never see your payment card details.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver the core features of each App (e.g., AI photo processing, image enhancement)
- To improve App performance, fix bugs, and develop new features
- To manage subscriptions and unlock premium content
- To serve and measure the effectiveness of advertisements
- To prevent fraud and ensure the security of our services
- To comply with applicable laws and regulations
4. Media & Files You Process
Some of our Apps allow you to upload photos or files for AI processing. When you do:
- Your file is transmitted securely (HTTPS/TLS) to our AI processing provider
- Processing happens in real time; the file is not stored on external servers after the job completes
- The processed result is returned directly to your device
- We do not use your personal photos to train AI models
5. Third-Party Services
Our Apps may use the following third-party services depending on the specific App. Each service has its own privacy policy:
- Firebase Analytics (Google) – anonymized usage analytics. Privacy Policy ↗
- Google AdMob – in-app advertising. Privacy Policy ↗
- Meta Ads SDK – ad measurement on Facebook & Instagram. Privacy Policy ↗
- RevenueCat – subscription and in-app purchase management. Privacy Policy ↗
- Replicate – AI model inference; files are not retained after processing. Privacy Policy ↗
6. Advertising & Tracking
Some of our Apps display advertisements. We work with advertising partners (Google AdMob, Meta) to show relevant ads and measure campaign performance.
Purchasing a premium subscription within an App removes all advertisements in that App.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only:
- With the third-party service providers listed in Section 5, as necessary to operate our Apps
- When required by law, court order, or governmental authority
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with prior notice to users)
8. Data Retention
- Uploaded media: deleted from processing servers immediately after the job completes
- Analytics data: retained for up to 14 months, then automatically deleted
- Local app data (e.g., saved results, settings): stored on your device and under your control; deleted when you uninstall the App
9. Security
All data transferred between our Apps and external services is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS. We apply industry-standard security practices to protect your information. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's Privacy
Our Apps are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through one of our Apps, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
11. Your Rights
Depending on your country or region, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your personal data
- Object to or restrict certain processing activities
- Withdraw consent for ad tracking at any time (via device settings)
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 13.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Apps or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our Apps after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
