Privacy Policy
Overview
GLP-1 Tracker ("the app") is a personal log for adults taking GLP-1 medications, made by Pixoo LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the app stores, where it goes, and the choices you have. In short: your log lives on your iPhone and in your own private iCloud. We don't run accounts or servers that hold it, and we never sell or share it.
What You Log and Where It's Stored
Everything you enter — your medication and the doses you log, weights, side effects, injection sites, how you feel, notes, body measurements, blood glucose, blood pressure, and wins — is stored on your device using Apple's SwiftData.
If you're signed in to iCloud, the app also syncs this data to your own private iCloud database (Apple CloudKit), so it's available on your other devices and when you set up a new iPhone. Your private iCloud database belongs to your Apple Account; we cannot access it. You can turn off iCloud for the app in iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud.
Apple Health
If you turn on Apple Health sync (a Pro feature), the app:
- Writes the weights you log to Apple Health
- Reads weight entries from Apple Health (for example from a smart scale) and adds them to your log
The app only uses weight. Data from Apple Health is never sent to us or to any third party, and is never used for advertising or marketing. You can change access anytime in iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices.
Anonymous Usage Analytics
To understand which features are used, the app sends anonymous usage events (for example "check-in saved" or "paywall shown") to TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service. Events include basic technical information such as app version, iOS version, device model, and language, plus a randomly generated identifier that is hashed before it leaves your device. They never include your name, health data, medication, doses, weights, symptoms, or notes. You can turn analytics off anytime in Settings → Privacy.
Subscriptions & Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status; RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID, your purchase history, and basic device information. No health data is shared with RevenueCat.
Subscription details:
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions
Notifications
Reminders are scheduled on your device as local notifications. They are not sent through any push-notification server. You can turn them off anytime in Settings.
Face ID / Touch ID
If you turn on the app lock, the app uses Apple's LocalAuthentication framework. Biometric data is handled entirely by your device's Secure Enclave; we never access, store, or transmit it.
Exports and Backup Files
PDF/CSV reports and backup files are created on your device and go only where you choose to save or share them (Files, email, AirDrop, and so on). We have no access to them.
What We Don't Do
No ads. No tracking across other companies' apps or websites. No selling or sharing of your data. No data brokers.
Children's Privacy
The app is intended for adults 18 and over. GLP-1 medications are prescription drugs for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Deleting Your Data
Settings → Erase all data deletes your log from this device and from your private iCloud. Deleting the app removes the data on this device, but your iCloud copy remains until you erase it in the app or delete it in iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage. To request deletion of anonymous analytics or subscription records associated with your device, contact us.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
