What PepDose does

PepDose helps you track GLP-1 medications, weight, and check-ins. It is an educational tracker and is not medical advice.

What we collect

What stays on your device / in your iCloud (we never see it):

Your medication, starting weight, goal, height, unit preferences, optional first name
Your check-ins: weight, dose, injection site, side effects, appetite/energy/food-noise/pain ratings, notes
Your non-scale victories

This data lives in PepDose's local app container and, if you're signed in to iCloud, syncs to your private iCloud account. It is encrypted by Apple and we have no access to it.

Apple Health (optional): if you enable "Sync with Apple Health" in Settings, PepDose reads your weight, dietary protein, and dietary water from Apple Health and writes weight entries back. This data stays on your device.

Anonymous analytics (TelemetryDeck): we receive anonymous event counts like app.launched, checkin.saved, paywall.shown. No name, no weight, no health data, no identifiers — just counts. Used to measure onboarding drop-off and find crashes.

Subscriptions (Apple + RevenueCat): Apple handles the payment. We receive a pseudonymous purchase ID from RevenueCat to verify your Pro status — no name, email, or payment details.

What we do NOT collect

Location, camera, microphone, photos, contacts, calendar, advertising ID (IDFA), cross-app tracking data. We don't sell or share your data with anyone.

Your rights

Export your data: Settings → "Back Up My Data" (exports a portable JSON file)
Delete local data: Settings → "Reset Progress"
Delete iCloud data: iOS Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage → PepDose → Delete Data
Cancel subscription: iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions

If you're in the EU, UK, or California and want to exercise GDPR/CCPA rights (access, deletion, portability, objection), email contact@pixooapps.com and we'll respond within the required timelines. We do not sell personal information.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook SDK, advertising networks, or crash-reporting SDKs with identifiable data.

Children

PepDose is rated 17+ and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Security

Your data is protected by Apple's device encryption and iCloud encryption. We operate no servers that store your health data.

Changes

If we update this policy, the "Effective" date above changes and we'll surface the update in the app on your next launch.
